The objective of this review is to perform a gap analysis of the established compliance environment based on the 'As Is' position vis-a-vis the existing regulation/statute. This review will facilitate inputs which need to be addressed to help the organisation to be fully compliant with the regulatory expectation. This review will also includes an assessment of the robustness of the organisation's ability to frequently changing compliance environment.
